The footprint offers additional protection for the tent floor against wear and tear. Tailored to fit the Zephyr 2 perfectly, it is securely attached to the tent poles using sturdy metal eyelets. The three-piece set consists of a footprint to cover the inner tent floor and two tub-shaped mats to fit one half of the vestibule. We will be happy to repair any damage beyond the warranty for a small fee. Please contact your retailer or our service department directly. If you send a tent in for repair, please contact us first. If you send your tent in for repair, it must be free of loose dirt. Dirt particles not only damage the material, but also our machines, so we can only process clean tents. Please always enclose a short letter with your name, the reason for sending in the tent and your telephone number. We will contact you immediately if we have any questions regarding the processing of your repair.
