If you send your tent in for repair, it must be free of loose dirt. Dirt particles not only damage the material, but also our machines, so we can only process clean tents. Please always enclose a short letter with your name, the reason for sending in the tent and your telephone number. We will contact you immediately if we have any questions regarding the processing of your repair.
