To ensure your down sleeping bag is stored carefully, always use the included storage bag if it is not being used for a long time. Wechsel offers a 2-year guarantee on all products from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in material, production and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper use, personal negligence or normal wear and tear of the product. We will be happy to repair any damage beyond the warranty for a small fee. Please contact your retailer or our service department directly. If you send a tent in for repair, please contact us first. If you send your tent in for repair, it must be free of loose dirt. Dirt particles not only damage the material, but also our machines, so we can only process clean tents. Please always enclose a short letter with your name, the reason for sending in the tent and your telephone number. We will contact you immediately if we have any questions regarding the processing of your repair.
